This Terms of Use Agreement (this Agreement) states the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Web site. By accessing and using the Web site you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to revise the pricing of our products at any time and without advance notice.
Products will be shipped according to the standard methods of shipping that we have in place from time to time.
When a product is received in a damaged condition it should be reported to us promptly.
When a discrepancy exists between the quantity or items ordered and the quantity or items received, then we must be notified immediately and in no event longer than 7 business days from receipt of the shipment.
When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee and full shipping charges.
All returns must be pre-approved by us and received within 14 business days of authorization of the return.
An authorization from us is required for all returns. We may refuse to accept a returned product without our advance authorization.
We must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued.
There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when we issue authorization.
These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined that it is in our best interests to do so.

Products

The information and descriptions presented on this Web site are intended as general information, and are not necessarily complete descriptions of every product, indication for use, or contraindication for use. Physicians and their clinics who would advertise sale of our products, may do so to their own patients only, within the clinic's physical location, as approved by Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. and may use only the Trademarks of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. in so doing. It is understood that Physicians selling the PHYSICIANS RESEARCH™ product line, do so under their own professional liability, and are therefore responsible for the health of any and all consumers of the product.

Advertising materials must be approved in writing or provided by Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. For the purposes of this paragraph “own patients” means patients you have seen, who are under your professional care and who have active files with you. Resale of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. Products under any other circumstances, ie. through any other channel other than purchase from the doctor's clinic, is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks

PHYSICIANS RESEARCH™ and/or other trademarks of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc., other names, words, titles, phrases, logos, designs, graphics, icons and trademarks displayed on the Web site may constitute registered or unregistered trademarks of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. or third parties. Nothing contained on the Web site should be construed as granting you any license or right to use any trademark logo or design of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. or any third party, without the written permission of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc. or the respective owner of any third-party trademark.

Use of Photography

You may NOT use PHYSICIANS RESEARCH™ products or photographs, thereof, in any manner. You may NOT use PHYSICIANS RESEARCH™ promotional or advertising materials, whether online or other advertising forms, without the written permission of Natural Professional Therapeutics Inc.

Accepted Currency

All product prices on this site and on our shopping cart are listed in CAD Canadian Dollars. Accepted credits cards: Visa and Mastercard

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved by PHYSICIANS RESEARCH™ and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the return. Please call the Customer Service Department for more information. Returns from doctor's patients or opened or damaged bottles cannot be returned. Please call the clinic you've purchased the product(s) per their return policy.

PHYSICIANS RESEARCH™ must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued. There is a 18% processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or personal hygiene items cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@PhysiciansResearch.ca.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@PhysiciansResearch.ca and send your item to: PO Box 73046, 8962 - 152 St., Surrey BC Canada V3R 4E0

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
